Anybody eat red cabbage in this manner?

Yeah I think you're right and I'm not overly fond of those carrots salads either.

I have a similar recipe except without molasses. Really enjoy red cabbage made this way or just shredded with a vinegar dressing.

When I was in Germany, there was red cabbage saurkraut. WONDERFUL! This sounds similar.
