Rep Power: 10 | Indoor Lemon Tree Does anyone know if they need darkness? I keep mine next to my sink and the light above the sink stays on all the time. It seems to have done okay since I brought it back inside in September. I am wondering if it will effect whether it ever produces fruit. |

Rep Power: 10 | For now we are. That's what the nursery recommended. I have it in the living room by the sunlight. Haven't transplanted it yet. Daughter said she did hers yesterday. Should be interesting to see how they do.
The tag didn't say anything about darkness versus light. I'll have to investigate and get back to you.

Rep Power: 10 | Just transplanted it to its new home...a much larger pot. I'll report back as time goes on.

Rep Power: 10 | I have mine on the counter in the kitchen for the sunlight right now while we are remodeling, but it's really too large to be where it is. I am going to have to get a plant light if i move it. That's one thing about having lots of mountains, not much sun, at least not for extended times. The shade moves over as the sun is hidden by the hills and the trees. |

Rep Power: 2 | I've got a Key lime tree and it's stays outside all year unless we get one of our few nights below freezing. Then I bring it in and put it back out the next morning. We can also grown oranges and lemons here and I've been thinking about getting a couple of those large patio planters and having a orange and lemon tree. I'd have to grown them on the deck in planters because the rest of my yard is too shady with lots of large live oaks.

Rep Power: 10 | I really don't have enough light inside or out for this tree. But I am determined. |
