I signed up but I agree it did seem like everyone was there just to complain. And some of the other boards I have been to seemed to stray off to topics that are made for conflict so I try to keep the focus on the food network and friendly more lighthearted topics. All of us know there are a lot of ugly things going on around the world and but I would like to make this a place where we talk about things we enjoy and stay away from that kind of stuff. I really don't want us to become a place where we focus only on the negatives of the Food Network either. I know there are some things that all of us are bugged by and as long as we can discuss them without being too nasty I think that is fine, we all aren't going to like everything. But all of the stars are doing what they do because someone likes them, and I hope as a group we can support our favorites and maybe provide a little feedback to what we don't like. ) I don't know if they will listen but if we can do it politely maybe they will be willing to at least hear what we have to say.
