Does anyone watch the show on Sunday mornings with the mother and daughter? Think it is called "Secrets that Sell" or something like that.

Last week they had one woman in tears and they seemed so surprised.
Well, if they came into my house and said my lifestyle was horrible, I'd cry! What do they expect?

Most of the homes they go into just have to be cleaned up and things put away.

I wonder if they intentionally have them clutter and mess them up for the camera. I can't imagine showing my home with papers stacked up, toys all over a room, and counters covered with clutter.

Then, at the end of the show they always say, "Do you want to know why your home hasn't sold?" And, as if it is a big surprise, they tell them what they have been saying throughout the show. It's just a recap and no surprise.

I wonder what their homes look like?

I've wondered the same thing, whether they have made a mess just for the cameras. I guess some people really do need to be told that clutter won't help you get your house sold but those two women are so sanctimonious and condescending. I much prefer Clive and Lisa's more gentle and caring manner.

I have seen that, it's the mother daughter team that does the walk thru's on Designed to sell isn't it?

Have you ever seen the show Clean House? It's on another network. That is the one that is hard to believe people even live there.

Is Clean House the one with the two very proper English ladies? I always have to think that people who live with mountains of trash must have mental/drug/alcohol problems.

No it has an attractive black lady with a bit of an attitude, her first name is Niecey. Not sure if I spelled that right. She reminds me of the black barbie doll because she wears lots of color, sometimes even a bright colored flower in her hair. She is very funny, she may be a comedian.

I like the guy that does "what's with that house?" I think he is funny. And it's an interesting show.

I love Niecy, she's fun to watch on Clean House.

I haven't watched it lately, but my favorite show on HGTV is Buy Me.

I enjoy Landscaper's Challenge. Gives me lots of ideas for our yard. Although, we have a great yard with a dry bed creek, boulders, that kind of stuff. In the winter, when it rains,

the creek becomes a holding area for the rain and it looks like a water creek. Very beautiful.

I see those homes and all I can think is thats where I'm going when I have my own house. My room is just a smaller version of what they have going on.
