What type of oil do you buy?

Do you use one type of oil or more? Only Extra Virgin Olive Oil? Veg oil?

I like a nice smooth extra virgin olive oil, and for baking or any application where a neutral flavor is needed I use canola.

I use Extra Virgin Olive Oil for pretty much all of my cooking. I keep vegetable oil or shortening for baking if butter can't be used.

Oil? Man, the stuff is everywhere! But, it's summer and I have switched everything over to a 40 weight oil....
