Tonight I'm making Joe's Special.
If you are from the Bay Area, you would be very familiar with it.
Sauteed onions, mushrooms, garlic, lean ground meat and then you add seasonings, chopped spinach and an egg/milk combination. So good!
What's everyone else making? Might give me, and others, ideas for the weekend.

Rep Power: 2 | Eye of Round steaks, tossed garden salad, potatoes layered with onions for Friday, Saturday we have a graduation and going to barbaque afterwards, Sunday thinking about making a crab quiche and tossed salad. ( I got some new quiche dishes I want to try out, Gordon Ramsay's, goes with my china).

Rep Power: 1 | Tonight I'm going out with a group of my girlfriends, so my husband can fend for himself. Knowing him, he'll probably order a pizza or else go find some friends to hang out with.
One of my best friend's won tickets to a local comedy club, so we are going out to see Sex and the City (we've had this planned for weeks and I'm excited!), then out to dinner and then to the comedy club.
I don't know where we are going to eat just yet, probably just wherever the breeze blows us. | |

We are seeing Jersey Boys and eating at Babbo on Saturday.
