Oregon has only one? The Restaurant at King Estate is excellent, but we have SOOO many more right here in Portland. Lots of independent upscale places.
We still have many on our 'list' that we haven't tried.

One for the state of Texas ? and that wasn't even in Houston, top rated city that eats out more than any place else. We have a Chuey's here, personaly wasn't that good, I have had better Tex-Mex at a little hole in the wall place near Porter, Texas.
