Ok, not the best meat cutter I've ever seen but lots of good info on the site. Beef - Large index of beef processing tips, facts and guides for the consumer. Food safety information, beef cooking hints, and meat buying guide, beef freezer storage chart and more. I probably should not of said that about the guy, as he know more than say 90% of the meatcutters of today. __________________ There is room for all God's creatures....right next to the mash potatoes. You must learn to love to learn.
