MONTREAL - Cooking with blood? I hear a chorus of yeccchs. People who do not travel have never heard - not even wanted to hear - about it. ...

You guys ever try blood-pudding?

I have heard of blood pudding, made from pork blood. It reminded me of a girl I met at the 1968 National FFA convention from New Hampshire, seems they had a lot of regional foods they cooked up there, that I was not at all familar with. That is one state I have not visited, in fact many in the far northeast. The way she talked they lived in the mountains there. I don't remember much other than she had mentioned cooking the blood, and at that time I wasn't interested in the food.

You are old FFA? Cool! I was there in 69, 70, and 71. Also was there (Kansas City) for the last one held there.

On the blood thing, I use to know a guy that drank it. Yikes! I even hate thinking about it!
