JACKSON, Miss. - Oscar-winning actor Morgan Freeman is in a hospital in Memphis, Tenn., on Monday after being seriously injured in a car accident near his home in Mississippi.

I remember him being on Rachael Ray's show where she visits celebrities and cooks with them. I hope they can help him.

I also remember him on the Electric company kids show when I was very small.

When I got in the car after work they were talking about a car accident, and they mentioned Morgan Freeman, but I didn't connect the two together. I like him, he's a good actor, I hope he's ok.

Then they said that the accident was weather-related.
