Ok Food Network Fan, how did you get your cat to pose? My cat wouldn't sit there for a minute, he wants to attack the hanging lens cap, or rub the camera!
He actually seems to understand what I want him to do after I show him a few times. I sit him down and touch him on the forehead. He will sit with me holding my fingers there. If I move them away he starts to move and if I say no he stops ... sometimes.
huge room full of wheels of cheese......mmm hopefully in italy!

My cat is just spiteful. On saturday he kept meowing and leading me to his dish, well there was still some food from friday so I didn't give him more. He kept driving me crazy until I emptied it and put in new, so I emptied the last bit of his food container in his dish. Well that wasn't good enough because there was a new bag of better food near his dish and he wanted that, so he kept meowing and scooping the food out of his dish all while giving me a dirty look, I scolded him and he just gave me the stink eye again and kept on scooping. I gave up and swept up the food threw it away and gave him the new stuff which he proceeded to bury his head in. So long story short even a simple task of feeding him can turn into an ordeal. I love him though, his personality keeps me on my toes.
Mine cries when we all go to bed. And if my kids go somewhere with my parents he keeps going in both their rooms and meowing. It's funny how they know something is different. They are smarter than we think.

All three of the girls, Georgie, Dallas and Drano (cats) and Augie (dog) pile in the bed with us. Each of them have "their" spot and no one tries to take the other's spot. The DH is a snorer and Dallas is a light sleeper, so she doesn't like it when his snoring wakes her up. One night, she sat on his chest staring at him while he was snoring and you could tell by the look on her face she was thinking of what to do. Finally, she took one paw and placed it on his mouth (like placing your hand over someones mouth) hoping that would shut him up. After that didn't work, she turned around and sat on his face. That worked. Satisfied, she went back to her spot, curled up and went back to sleep. It was so funny!
Here's the other two girls: Drano peeping thru the screen door of the RV and Georgie (my baby) taking a nap. And, yes... she sleeps on her back most of the time.
