There's a store in Asheville, NC called Kitchen & Co. I loved it!! When ever I'm down there I stop in.
Otherwise, I get my cooking equipment at Amazon.com and Linen N Things.
And of course I love the Fiestaware Outlet!!

There is this place near me called Dave's Pepper Palace that I love. They have sauces from all over the place, hot and mild. You can find just about any BBQ sauce, hot sauce and good chili mixes there.
My late cousin's in-laws tried to buy the place once.

Kitchen Collection
I like to roam around William Sonoma, but find them too pricey and can find comparable quality items for much less elsewhere (when I find what I want, I scour the internet to find the best price!) With that said, I want quality and will spend a little more if I have to, to get it no cheap flimsy stuff in my kitchen!
I love Kitchen Collection, these are often found in outlet malls, they are chock full of cool stuff, things that are often hard to find anywhere else.

None really...if I find something I like, I buy it regardless of what store I'm at.

Most people may find this to be a surprise, but there are only two Japanese grocery stores in the entire state of Texas. Many people may think that all Asian stores carry Japanese items as well, but normally the selection from Japan is extremely limited and very hard to find. So our two top favorite stores (100% Japanese items) are:
Asahi Imports - Austin Texas. Est. 1967 and run by Sally Matsumae, grand-daughter of the original founder.
Nippon Daido - Westheimer Houston Texas (100%) Japanese. And yes, the shopping center spelled Nippon wrong on the building...

B.C.S. Asian Supermarket - College Station Texas - Family owned, very large store with a wonderful selection of all Asian food items
H.E.B. Pantry Foods College Station (we shop there at least 4-5 nights a week)
Specs Fine Foods and Wine
Wine.Com
Fathers Country Hams (Kentucky)

World Market
Brazos Valley Health Foods, Bryan Texas
Local farmers markets in College Station, Navasota, Roans Prairie and Coldspring Texas.
