Can't get here soon enough for me. We have the air on, so it is cool inside. However, your body just drags regardless. We ended up having the leftover pork chops. Just as good the second day.
Tonight I'll probably make chicken skewers with rice.BerryBaby

Found some HUGE thick center cut pork chops at a good price and cooked them on the grill, they were fantastic! Just rubbed with olive oil and seasoned with fresh ground pepper and kosher salt, they needed nothing else.

Loving my new grill.
I made baby back ribs. I have three burners and only used one, I placed the ribs over the burners that were off and set the third burner to low. I made a smoke bomb and placed it over the flame, let them smoke for 3 1/2 hours @250 degrees they were so darned good! This was my first attempt at smoking anything and I even achieved the red smoke ring on the outside of the meat!
I made a simple rub from brown sugar, hungarian paprika, garlic powder, kosher salt and ground pepper, these were by far the best ribs that I have ever made.MAC

Yay! I love doing that. It's such a good feeling of accomplishment isn't it? Who needs a barbeque joint!

I was actually really shocked that they came out so good. Better than lots of Barbecue places that I have gone to.
What type of chips do you use? I bought some apple wood and liked the results.
I am going to start smoking more stuff!
It was a great sense of accomplishment!MAC

I use hickory. I like the woodsy smell it makes in the house, (I do mine on the range grill remember) on a cold day there is nothing like that smell. And the huge range hood pulling it out thru the neighborhood.
