Trying to reduce sodium/salt intake
I'm looking for ideas. I don't cook, so recipes won't help. I eat out at lunch during the work week & only have a microwave at work. I'm picky about fruits & veggies. I like variety, ie: staying in some days & leaving the building some days.
Does anyone have some ideas? I'm trying to search for a book that might help, but they all seem to talk about recipes.

That is really the only thing I've thought of, which is fine. I could do that two, maybe three times a week. (I'd be going out for that.)

If you like soup they make canned that is low sodium. Or you could make your own and be certain of how much sodium you are getting. Do you not have a way to cook at home, are you in a dorm or something? Soup is easy to make if you are willing to try. Cereal is a good option too, oatmeal especially because you can add anything you want, like yogurt, fruit etc ... which would also be a good choice.

I live with my parents, actually, so uh...
I have very little cooking experience. I always have to ask what level of heat to use for anything I attempt. I'm just... bad.
I've done the cereal thing, with minimal milk, since I really don't care for the taste of milk. Yogurt I can't even stand the smell of, unfortunately. (Ended up having to through out half the carton of milk cuz I couldn't finish it off in time. *sigh*)*~Lauren~*

Love cheese (but it's usually the processed kind...
). Hadn't of looking for almonds to add on. Will have to look for them.

I'll take the graham crackers.
Alas, I dislike cream cheese as well.
Am I picky or what? :P*~Lauren~*

How about low sodium peanut butter on those graham crackers? Fruit smoothies? Toast with real fruit spread?
