What are your "Don't Feel Like Cooking" Solutions?
Please share your solutions when your tired or just busy. Also, what do you do when you get home and someone wants a quick bite? Has anyone tried Kraft Easy Mac cups? It has the great taste of Mac and Cheese in just 3.5 minutes and without a stove.
We will usually just reheat something or make sandwiches. My son will eat Mac and Cheese sometimes. I like the stouffers frozen the best. On nights when we have soccer or scouts we usually have something quick like tacos. It's not real hard to brown some ground beef and add the toppings even if you just want something quick. It doesn't take much longer than a microwave meal. I don't buy a whole lot of prepackaged things to fix everyone. The kids have a few things they want sometimes though. Bagel bites and chicken noodle soup are a couple of favorites for my son. French fries and breaded chicken are something my daughter likes to fix herself.
When busy or "just not in the mood", we usually turn to sandwiches or omelettes. Usually have the "fixins" for both on hand. And, sometimes we have "clean out the fridge" night by cleaning up all leftovers. That can make for a "interesting" meal!

We do salads...they are quick, easy, and good for you with all the veggies I put into them. Takes less time than doing take-out or microwaving a pre-made entree.
Well can not do leftovers. wife will not eat those, sometimes a ham and cheese sandwich on the Foreman, she will eat TV dinners (yuck, spit , cough), me I do soups and crackers, mostly I just go ahead and fix something, usually just as fast. I try to do a lot of planning, so I have everything on hand and if I need something, I pick it up before coming home, benefits in working at multiple grocery stores.

What a great question! It really depends. Most of the time, we'll throw together a quick spaghetti sauce, but on occasion will give in and pick up a pizza.
Everyone at our house seems to like those frozen burritos. They're cheap! We're also PBJ fans.
If you don't mind waiting 20 minutes for dinner but just don't want the prep, it's easy to throw some thawed salmon on the gril with some asparagus spears. I put kosher salt on the spears. Then we toss a few dinner rolls in the oven, and it's delicious and healthy.
