I think it was in the Food Network Magazine. Or some magazine I was looking at. I don't get smart money so it wasn't this one. I read wayyyy too much stuff to remember where I see things.

I didn't read it in Smart Money either (my money is dumb
) but came across it while doing a Google search looking for a recipe from one of last night's episodes of DDD that's not on the FN website. It was for the potato knish at the spot in FL. I liked it for the potatoes where not mashed, but in pieces and with the skins on them. Guess I'm going to have to watch it again and take notes! Interesting statements on some of their 10 things.
I think that shows a huge difference between watching a show that actually teaches you to cook versus one that gives you a recipe.
