Instructions:
  1. This is a delicious dessert that I found from Paula Deen.  I get many requests to make this one!  Enjoy.....

  2.

  3.

  4. For the crust:

  5.

  6. In a food processor combine the 1/2 C.confectioners sugar,

  7. 1-1/2 C. flour and 1-1/2 stick unsalted butter, softened and sliced butter. Process until the mixture forms a ball.

  8. With you fingers press the dough into a 12" tart pan with a removable bottom. Be sure to press dough into the indentations on the sides.

  9. Pat dough so it is even in the pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes until very lightly browned. Set aside to cool.

  10.

  11. For the filling and topping: Beat 1-8 oz. pkg. cream cheese,

  12. 1/2 C. granulated sugar and 1 t. vanilla until smooth. Spread over cooled crust.

  13.

  14. You can use any kind of berries you'd like.  Cut the strawberries into halves and arrange around the edge of crust. Next peel and slice the kiwi and make another circle around the tart placing kiwis one by one. Add another circle of strawberries. Fill in the middle with blueberries and raspberries.

  15.

  16. For the glaze: Combine 1-6 oz. can limeade frozen concentrate (thawed), 1 T. cornstarch, 1 T. fresh lime juice and

  17. 1/4 C. granulated sugar in a small saucepan.

  18.

  19. Cook over medium heat until clear and thick..about 2 minutes. Let cool. With a pastry brush, glaze the entire tart. You will NOT use all the glaze.

  20.

  21. Refrigerate tart until ready to serve. Remove about 15 mintues before serving. Slice into 8 wedges.
