Description:
Food Network star, Paula Deen makes these cookie s'mores.

Serving Size:
5
  1. Canola oil
  2. 3 bananas
  3. 10 store-bought chocolate chip cookies (the larger the better)
  4. 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  5. 1 cup small marshmallows
  6. 1 cup chocolate chips
Preparation:
  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Brush grill with canola oil.
Instructions:
  1. Cut the bananas in half, lengthwise and grill, skin side down just until warm. Remove warmed banana from the skin and cut again in half.
  2. On a piece of aluminum foil, place 1 cookie. Top evenly with banana slices, marshmallows, chocolate chips, graham cracker crumbs and top with another cookie. Wrap foil around the sandwich and place on the grill until warmed through and melted.

My S'more recipe is taking two ginger snap cookies (Nabisco brand), one marshmellow and a piece of the Hershey's dark chocolate squares.

Put the marshmellow on one cookie, chocolate on another and microwave for about 30 seconds. Then smush them together. Easy and a real treat...one does it for me.
