I sometimes like Ketchup on my dogs, on my eggs especially scrambled eggs, on my fried potatoes, and even once in while will sneak it in on my fries. alright I know I am weird, when it come to culinary traditions, But I have lived in different areas of the US and each has had its food habits. Even in the different areas, they have different zones of food cultures, like in the foot hill of the Appalachians (Eastern Kentucky) is different than Louisville, southern Oklahoma is different than Northern Kansas, there are so many different cultures and within them so many different subcultures. Look at Detroit, Greeks, Polish, Swedes, you even get Canadians from across the boarder. I can not even begin for here in Eastern Texas it is just so diversified and so many cultures intertwined. But I do like ketchup, I like mustard, I like chili, I like cheese, I love onions, I like relish, sweet and dill both depends on my mood. So to hot dog eaters and hot dog lovers enjoy ! it is easy, it is fast, and most of all in the right setting they are FUN!
