It seems like the chains are always removing stuff, or doing "limited time only" deals, just when you get to liking something.

You don't get this as much in local places. Locals here will often do "specials" and if those specials prove popular, they end up on the regular menus, seems like a much better idea.

I haven't had Pizza Hut in ages! it used to be such a treat growing up, it was one of the only sit down pizza restaurants around, we have very few sit down places here, mostly just take out and delivery.

I like to make pizza, but if I am tired after work I'll stop at Little Caesar's, they have a large cheese or pepperoni, pizza for $5 hot and ready to go. it isn't a bad pizza for $5, not the best but pretty good. They continuously make pizza, so no waiting.

My husband is upset that Turkey Hill only had their banana foster Ice Cream for a limited time. They have replaced it with Caramel Apple now.

I've got to keep an eye out for Edy's Pumpkin ice cream, it was so good last year. I had the pumpkin pie in the sky creation at cold stone the other day, it was heavenly!

Blue Bell, tries several new varieties every year, and if they sell well, they usually will bring it back out as a new flavor. they have some they rotate through out the year, and several they bring back out every holiday season.
