Panera Bread..starting pay for 3rd shift baker,ny area..benifits etc

I just got a job at panera bread as a 3rd shift baker..would like to know a little info

on starting pay Ny area I think he said 10.50hr but seems kinda low for nyc(LI)....also about the training how long and do u get a raise after.
the benifits.,etc,do they do direct deposit
