Valentine's Day Dinner
Are you going to a restaurant to celebrate St. Valentine's Day?

We usually stay home and this year is no different. I love to cook and on this day I like to go all out. On the menu this Valentine's Day is Beef Wellington.

We usually wait until the weekend after to go out because of the crowds. I might make some tenderloin steaks at home on Valentines day.

My husband is still in Europe so this holiday isn't too special this year. I am going to a local tearoom with a friend for lunch though.

Valentine's Day is my Mother in Law's birthday. I have never got him all to my self on that day anyway.
