There was a story on the evening news last week about people who live to be 95. Seems it didn't matter so much if they smoked or were overweight or exercised or were happy, the key to a long life is in the genes. If your parents and grandparents lived a long life, you probably will too. I thought that was pretty interesting. My grandmother is 84 and going strong. Now, pass me some of that stuff from the list. ig2:

Both my grandmothers have lived past 85, one is still hanging in there and the other died at the age of 92. Both of my Grandfathers were dead before I was born. Wonder what that means for me? One grandpa drowned though, so I guess that's not an accurate gage of longevity with him, although he had survived 2 heart attacks in his 40's. The other had black lung.
