I bet now there will be people trying to diet this way. This guy knows nothing about healthy eating, only deprivation and he will most likely gain it back unless he continues to eat these exact same things for the rest of his life

It really is funny that after all these years that some still think that there is a magic bullet for dieting.

I lost 75lbs. a few years ago in a fairly short amount of time, I ate whatever I wanted, but kept calories around 1500 per day. If you take all the diets out there and strip away most of the faux science and strip them down to calories alone, they will have around the same number of calories allowed per day. Science tells us that calories determine whether we gain or loose weight.

It is all about budgeting your calories, when you are out of calories, you stop eating, after a while you learn how to make them stretch.

Oh and he could have the apple dip if he wanted, heck at 70 calories and almost no fat, it is not that damaging, especially if he didn't eat the whole thing.

If people would get over the whole deprivation when it comes to losing weight, they might be able to keep it off longer. Everything in moderation, knowing what is in the food that you eat, so you can fill up on the stuff that's good for you and throw in some of the "bad" stuff to keep yourself from binging.

I usually gain in the winter when I am not as active and the comfort foods plus the holidays. But once I can become more active I will lose. As I get older it gets tougher though.

I am just happy that he lost weight. It just shows that you can eat low-fat stuff at fast food restaurants. He most definitely will gain it all back unless he figured out how to eat that way at home...which I doubt. He also must be rich! ha ha

No kidding. He could have prepared all that stuff at home for a whole lot less.

Wows! Good for him.

On the contrary, my friend got sick because of too much fast food.
