Bennigans Guiness glaze recipe

Hey i was wandering if anybody has seen or knows the recipe to there guiness glaze at bennigans...if you can find it or know it please let me know!!! i that stuff!

This site has a guinness glaze but I don't know if it's like Bennigans. You could give it a try and experiment a bit to see if you could get it close.

Hey thanks i got a six pack in the fridge im gonna have to try it , but whats muscovado sugar, and i wish i was better at converting ml and whatnot!..............but thank you very much anyways!

Cooks thesaurus says you can use regular molasses based dark brown sugar as a substitute. Cook's Thesaurus: Sugar

God we are gonna miss Bennigans..... Mercy.

Have no fear, for those addicted to the JD glaze, TGI Fridays is doing it on ribs, wings and a killer burger... We tried all of them last night.

Still gonna miss Bennigans though. Had been going there at least, well.... A lot....
