Is Starbucks Pushing Prices Too High?

Is Starbucks Pushing Prices Too High?

(Aug. 3) - Ali Zouaouid enjoys watching the Starbucks on 49th Street and Seventh Avenue in Manhattan get busy. He runs the coffee and pastry cart on the street nearby. When the lines inside Starbucks get long, customers flock to his cart instead, where a small cup of coffee is only 75¢.

I don't go there. Coffee is overrated for the money.

The best coffee on the planet.............Kimbo.

Is Kimbo a brand name or a coffee shop? We don't have them in Oregon. We do have every other coffee on the face of the earth. There is a coffee place on every block...I'm not kidding. People are so wired!

A neighbor gave me a bag. I bought a case on the Internet. I believe it's grown in Venezuela and processed in Italy. It's the best I ever had......albeit pricey. I have bought coffee in Colombia, Honduras, Africa and the Dominican, but this is the best!

My mom likes Starbucks, but she just bought a bag of Boca Java over the internet that she's waiting for.

They say milk is more expensive in Hawaii, no dairy farms I guess. Starbucks would be a fortune there I imagine.

Our daughter went to school in Hawaii and said milk was very expensive.

Didn't really say if the coffee places were as well, but would imagine they would be. She got island fever after six months and came back to finish her art degree here.
