Healthier eating: Restaurants are adding vegetables and reducing fat
Pizza Express, Pizza Hut and Cafe Rouge, have signed up to a healthy eating drive that will see them use 'hidden vegetables' in children's dishes.
The move by the chains, which control more than 2,000 family restaurants, is part of a landmark new healthy eating initiative.
This will involve a radical overhaul of menus to reduce the salt, calories, fat and sugar contained in their most popular dishes in a drive to tackle obesity.
