The Poor, Misunderstood Wendy's Frosty The Poor, Misunderstood Wendy's Frosty

What, exactly, is a Wendy's Frosty? Is it a beverage? Is it a milkshake? Is it soft-serve ice cream? Is it simply a vehicle for delivering diamonds to one's digestive tract? More to the point, is it a beverage or a dessert? Reader Carl doesn't know. Neither does his local Wendy's.

I do like a frosty on occasion. Wendy's is my preference when fast food is the choice.

I'm not a fast food fan at all, but I'll take a Sonic milkshake over a Wendy's Frosty any day. Sonic shakes were like medicine when I was pregnant.

Wendy's is really the only place I actually don't mind if we must make the fast food choice. When we travel especially in state here there aren't many other options in some areas. The fast food chains are close to interstate exits then some areas it can be miles to the nearest town that would have anything else. My husband likes Taco Bell so some times I am forced to endure it.

I love Frosties, my guilty pleasure

No Sonics near me, so can't compare.
Wendy's is usually the place I will pick if I have to eat fast food. I like their salads.

They used to have these flat bread pitas with chicken, lettuce, broccoli slaw and ranch dressing. I loved that. I wish they still had it.

I think I've had a Frosty once. To me it wasn't really a drink but a cup of ice cream. So frozen and thick I had to use a spoon.
We use to have a great 50's type place called At the Hop that made incredible malts. They are long gone and have yet to find anyplace similar.BerryBaby
