We have some farmers markets here in Houston, but most of the stuff is imported from Mexico, and nothing against are southern friends, but their interpretation of organic is not what I would say is. We really do not have any farms down here in the area that I know grow produce or raise stuff for sale. I have seen one local growing peaches, and some farms further up north but those were so high priced it was not worth the drive nor the money.
