Rep Power: 10 | Thank you, I didn't remember her name. I'm not sure if her food is Latin or Cuban. I know she uses a ton of ingredients. I saw one show with her mother and they were making some sort of stew or soup. It had everything in it. Surprised the pot could hold it all. Too much for my liking.

Rep Power: 2 | That KICK she does in the beginning of her show...man...MY luck, my HEAD would be in the way.....-THOK!- (little bitty birdies chirping in orbit around head)...or worse...imagine following her up the stairs...she turns around and, -THOK!-..down the stairs we go...
THUMPITY-THUMPITY-THUMPITY-THUMPITY-THUMPITY-THUMP!
Oooh..my head hurts, just thinking about it...

Rep Power: 10 | She's always going right into the camera and tilting her head back and we can see up her nose. That just annoys me for some reason.

Rep Power: 10 | Oops...guess I got off the topic... ...again. I'll have to watch that, but it must be my Italian nature. I tend to jump from subject to subject.
Yes, this was about Emeril's live show. He will be missed!

If people actually were falling asleep, it may have been because he doesn't do well at all in conveying his thoughts across to his students/audiences. *ducking the tomatoes being thrown now* He can cook or he can speak but doesn't do well trying to do both at the same time. I feel about Emeril the way I feel about RR and Miss Sandy. They affect me like fingernails being scraped across a blackboard.

Rep Power: 2 | We foodies need to start a mass movement, start e-mailing the advertisers, not the shows, tell them we support your products now support us, we want to see real chef's and real cooking not prepared food food we warm up, or put together. Not sure where we would start but companies that supply fresh products might be a good starting point. If we hit them in their wallets it might wake them up. BAM ! |
