Rep Power: 10 | I have a lot of Emeril things but I have not purchased any of the small electric items. I guess I prefer my gas an big electric cooker.

Rep Power: 2 | Yes, you will have to watch your heat, once hot these stay hot for awhile. I use it in the oven also, like for corn bread, or muffins. I wouold love to get his cast iron chicken fryer, maybe he will have it on special this weekend. |
