Get ready to camp out for your spot at the 119th Tournament of Roses Parade at 8 a.m. Tuesday in Pasadena. This year’s theme is “Passport to the World’s Celebrations.” See unique floral floats, marching bands and more. “Kick it up a notch” with Grand Marshal, Emeril Lagasse. The parade route starts on South Orange Grove Boulevard at Ellis Street and proceeds north, then east on Colorado Boulevard to Sierra Madre Boulevard, and north on Sierra Madre Boulevard to Villa Street. Sidewalk viewing is free on a first-come, first-served basis. For more information, call (626) 449-ROSE (7673) or (877) 793-9911.

I am watching. Emeril has a really nice float. He even did a BAM! for everyone. It looks like his kids are having fun. My son loves him. He seems to have a way with kids, they love hearing him do the "bam".

I watched it on NBC. Al Roker said something to the effect....'Emeril wants to stop the parade so he can pick at the floats and cook something out of them.'

Writer's strike must still be on

I could see Emeril doing a show for kids or doing something for kids. I think you're right, they seem to like him and he seems to get along with them.
