I have one that is the zester size and one that I can use for chocolate shavings and ribbons as well as cheddar. I think the only thing I use my box grater for now is carrots. But more often than not carrots go into the food processor.

I had a micro plane fine for zesting for a couple years now, just got the bigger one a couple months ago, about the only thing I use the box grater for is cheese for tacos, and nachos.
