I am watching this and the film keeps messing up. Either that or it's my cable.

I can't imagine walking into a grocery store and seeing Emeril cooking. They must be keeping everyone away.

I like this. I don't see anything particularly "green" about it. He's just showing people how to prepare foods they have been intimidated by.

I think it's an excellent show.
