Rep Power: 2 | Cool article, but found a link to another one in the daily news called the Flavoring Bible something I have been looking for along time, tells about what herbs and spices to use with different things, looks interesting also explains how the stuff works together, looks like I will be hunting that down and add it to my collection http://www.nydailynews.com/lifestyle...nts_in_fl.html

CHICKEN, WISHBONE ITALIAN SALAD DRESSING AND ZUCCHINI
Page and Dornenburg stole this tip from city chef Andrew Carmellini, who marinated his roast chicken overnight in a marinade that closely resembled Italian dressing. They tried it with a bottle of WishBone from their local grocer, and the verdict was that it worked, and how. You can also use the dressing to marinate your veggies, too.
I've always kept a bottle of this in the fridge just for marinating chicken.
