Cool article, but found a link to another one in the daily news called the Flavoring Bible something I have been looking for along time, tells about what herbs and spices to use with different things, looks interesting also explains how the stuff works together, looks like I will be hunting that down and add it to my collection

2. CHICKEN, WISHBONE ITALIAN SALAD DRESSING AND ZUCCHINI
Page and Dornenburg stole this tip from city chef
Andrew Carmellini, who marinated his roast chicken overnight in a marinade that closely resembled Italian dressing. They tried it with a bottle of WishBone from their local grocer, and the verdict was that it worked, and how. You can also use the dressing to marinate your veggies, too.

I've always kept a bottle of this in the fridge just for marinating chicken.
