Lent has started and I like to follow the no meat Fridays. I love fish, so for me the thing is to remember not to have a, (example-) ham sandwich, for lunch. (LOL). I am also trying to lose some weight, so I have scratched off- rice, pasta, potatoes and breads, from the menus. HELP! I need recipes for fish and shrimp. Sometimes I have half sweet potato- (no butter) No corn either. I don't like hot sauces.
