That's the advice of nutrition expert, author and Food Network star Ellie Krieger, who was in Dallas recently promoting her latest cookbook, So Easy: Luscious, Healthy Recipes for Every Meal of the Week.
"I think of 'diet' as a four-letter word, and try to avoid using my name in the same sentence with it," said Krieger, smiling, in an interview before a demonstration at Williams-Sonoma in NorthPark Center.

I was disappointed that they went with the whole Kikkoman/umami thing. Whoring at its best. But I guess that's right in line with all the other crappy food they advertise on that channel.
