Quick Easy Crab Quiche

Description:
A great tasting, simple recipe anyone can make.
Ingredients:
  1. 8 oz imitation crab meat
  2. 1 pint heavy cream
  3. shredded Swiss cheese (about a pound)
  4. Seafood seasoning
  5. 4 eggs
  6. Pie crust (fresh or make your own)
Preparation:
  1. Grate cheese, chop imitation crab.
Instructions:
  1. Roll pie crust into pie pan.
  2. Grate cheese and layer on bottom of pie crust (eyeball how much you want, about 3/4 pound).
  3. Chop crab meat semi-fine and combine with favorite seafood seasoning. Spread seasoned crab on top of cheese.
  4. In a 1 quart jar, add eggs and heavy cream. Make sure lid is on tight and shake to mix.
  5. Pour cream and eggs over crab and swiss cheese. Bake 30-40 minutes at 400 degrees depending on oven. Quiche will fluff but not jiggle when done. Test to make sure eggs cook fully.
  6. Cool 5-10 minutes. Serve.
