Transforming a cooking klutz in one easy lesson

She really did it. Melissa D'Arabian made me want to cook.
D'Arabian, who just moved in to a house in the woods of Kirkland with her husband and four girls, recently won a reality show called "The Next Food Network Star." The prize? Her own cooking show. It's called "Ten Dollar Dinners," and it gave me an idea.
Rather than just interview D'Arabian about her culinary prowess, I thought I'd give her a challenge: Teach me, a kitchen klutz, to make something delicious.

She needs to incorporate some of this when she is doing a show, like most of the host use to do during the shows. Eg... Emeril, Sara, Mario, Ming, Tyler, Bobbi, Puck, Alton, Robert, to list a few.
