| If she was the chef, she ordered it, she should have known the rules even if she was not trained at the restaurant, I am sure she had been working other places besides there, but I am not sure if I am reading that right, said she had 13 years experience ? or is she not the chef that is really hard to follow, other than she had her foot burnt with hot oil. So I read it again, but still not sure of anything, was she the chef and ordered the porter to dispose of the oil, or was she just in the way ?????
