I agree, personality deficit, for sure, but...Giada was pretty stiff at first...took quite a while to get where she is now, so hopefully Amy will suddenly "get it".
Reminds me of my first radio gig. I was barely tolerable for a long time, then one day my program director came in the studio and said, "That's IT! That's the way I want you to sound!"
I was shocked, as I was about ready to throw in the towel...now 30+ years later...I'm still announcing!
