Hey, I just found the old TM Century Production series!! These are CLASSICS!

Any of this sound familiar, FNvideoeditor?

We use a company called Killertracks.

PaulaFan - - Even if I did mention the artist of the piece, you probably would have never heard of them before. It's not a selection of music you could purchase unless you are a company needing the service for tv, radio or film.

Killertracks has a song called The Phat Academy, but that wasn't what I heared on Throwdown, Ace of Cakes, and The Gourmet Next Door commercial.

Yep they would.

Back to my question now...

FNvideoeditor said that the tune was called Phat Academy, but I went to Killertracks website and the song the had on the site wasn't what I heared on Food Network, so what is this tune's name?

Killer Tracks! Great library! Some really good potential! Highly recommended!

One thing I found out recently, is that Good Eats' theme song was done by Alton's crew themselves. It was demo'ed on the behind the scenes episode. Keyboard magic, don'tcha know.

If you can find it, the old vinyl library Sounds Of Broadcasting (S.O.B., as it's known to us old-timers), was the best in the industry, at the time. It's pretty much public domain, now. The old William B. Tanner company. Now "them were the days"!

Feeling REALLY old right now....
