Rep Power: 2 | Food Network music? Ever since I've seen the ad for The Gourmet Next Door, Amy Finley's new show, I've wanted to know what the name of that catchy piece is called.
It's apperared in several other Food Networks shows as well as, Ace of Cakes and just tonight I heared it on Throwdown's Turkey episode.
Does anyone know of the piece im talking about? |

Rep Power: 2 | I'm just guessing...because food network tends to be a little cheap with producing their intros and exits. It's most likely from a royalty-free group of music that you buy when creating pieces for radio or TV. You buy the CD once and then you can use the music over and over, like clip art. |

Rep Power: 10 | I haven't seen any CD's out there but If I do I will post and let you know. I think the Food Network should do ringtones. I would get the Good Eats one.
The music might be something done by the production company for the show. Maybe they don't have the rights to some of them. |

Does anyone know of the piece im talking about? | Hi there - I edited the Turkey episode on Throwdown. All our music comes from a music licensing company the Food Network has approved. Where did the tune pop up in the show? I could at least tell you the name of it. |

| It was in the part where the lady was talking about turkeys and before Boby went into the test kitchen. |

Rep Power: 2 | I just remebered that the piece plays in Ace of Cakes, Season 2, Episode 7 Milestones and Monuments, when Duff and Geof are making a cake for tennis player Martina Navratilova. |
