I like their personalities, they are funny and quirky. But I agree with berrybaby, how many times can you watch someone make the same thing? And besides, Duff has a laugh that makes me want to go buy industrial strength ear plugs. I find it grating.

You know what else has started bugging me about that show? As his and the bakery's popularity has risen, Duff seems to work less and less on the actual cakes. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that at all, and if I owned a business, one of my main goals would to be able to be able to get to a point financially so that I could have minions to do my bidding for me. Fine. BUT, whenever they have a job of importance, Duff is always the one to deliver the cake and act as if he takes all of the credit. That's fine as well, but I do think he should invite the employees who actually worked on the cake and made it. Sometimes they are invited, but not always. That bugs me and I don't know why.

I noticed that as well. He tends to just go around the room and talk to the employees doing all the work. I'm sure he has tremendous input but the viewer doesn't get to see that.

I wish they showed more of how to run a catering business rather than focusing on the relationships.

They don't really have a show that gives you an idea of what the business is like for any aspect of the food industry. I guess most chefs wouldn't want camera's in their kitchen but at least that would be more of a "reality show".
