Think I kind of started this with Giada and I have to agree with Bentley on this one. Giada, just today, did a show on 'shower' food.
Husband won't watch her for the very reason stated before...she does 'girlie' food. I've made many of her recipes and they have turned out ok, but we aren't fans.
Rave review recipes are from Michael, Ina, Guy and Emeril....even a few of Ellie's.
Giada, Paula (and I have never done any Sandra...neither one of us care for her style), Robin Miller...not us.
I'm thinking she will become less and less with her talk show on a national network and other commitments. Her talk show is doing great and I don't know where she finds the time to do all the appearances she does.
They have oversaturated the FN with her and it seems they could use some new faces and/or shows.
Ok, here is one from me. I would like to see a show on cooking for our pets. I know this wouldn't be on everyone's list, but with todays pet food problems, this could be very beneficial.
Of course, it would be under the watchful eye of veterinarians to be sure the food is balanced and healthy, but I can see this as a special or a once a week show.
In fact, this was my suggestion to the Food Network previously, but never heard anything back. That didn't surprise me, but hey, I get to share with all of you!
Sounds like a good show for RR.

A show aimed at cooking for your children. Good, healthy, meals that they would enjoy. Not the same old mac and cheese, hot dogs, but chicken dishes (that aren't fried), roasts with fun veggies, things that are creative and appealing and nutritious.
It could also feature childen helping in the kitchen. I know they have the 'cooking with your kids' week, but this would be more than that. The children could even help with the meal planning, shopping and preparing the food.
Ok, those are mine suggestions. Anyone, else?
I think this one would have to be Aunt Sandy.
