With all the news of Xtina Aguilera and Nicole Ritchie giving birth, I thought I'd show off a few Food Network babies that we haven't seen enough of lately.

Tyler Florence, who has a new blog on his personal Web site tylerflorence.com, gave us a peek at his family's holiday photo:


Little Hayden is about 8 months old and quite the cutie in his xmas sweater. They look very down to Earth, which I guess is a good thing in these crazy Britneyesque times we live in.

Then there's that little butterball, Jack Deen-- Jamie Deen's son:


Jack's head is almost as big and round as his daddy's! Poor kid.

These two boys might be headed down the culinary television pathway known as Food Network sooner than later. It's never too early for a toddler version of Road Tasted.

Those Deen family pics come from the recent Ladies' Home Journal article in which Bobby Deen said:

"My nephew Jack gives me a new perspective on life. I've never been married, but watching my brother and his wife and child -- well, now I want that, too, and soon."

The ball's in your court, Bobby. Let us know when that's all gonna happen.

(-sniff-), gotta tell ya...it does my heart SOOOO good to see Paula smiling and happy like that. She went through so much...in fact I doubt I'd be so strong. I'd have "cashed it in", going through what she did...what an inspiration!

Bobby Deen, from what I understand, is INUNDATED with offers from eligible females...I'd avoid them like the plague...gold diggers...in fact, it's almost impossible to know the motives of potential partners. If I were Bobby, I'd try and disguise myself...move to another part of the country...see if there were any genuine interests...

Ha haaa! this coming from a guy who's never been married! Yep...I'd say I'm not qualified to offer advice! LOL!

Looking at that Deen family, though...kinda makes me wonder...what might-a been...

I read a story that Bobbie has problems with women wanting to marry him so Paula will be their mother-in-law. Says it's really hard to find someone.

I think it would be easy enough to weed out the girls who want Paula as a MIL. It might be more difficult though to get rid of the ones who have seen how Paula promotes from within the family. First her sons got in on the gig and now she's really pushing Uncle Bubba for all she's worth. I could see that a potential DIL might think she could cash in too.
