Cupcakes are usually too much frosting and not enough cake for me. I think that's too much sweet.

Cupcakes are hot right now. We have a bakery that only makes cupcakes.

Think they popular because everyone can select their own and no leftovers.

Besides they are easy to eat and you don't need a fork.

I don't think they are easy to eat! I have a terrible time with all that mile-high icing. How do you take a bite without getting it all over your nose! There must be a secret technique.

Honestly, frosting is the best part of a cake IMO. I especially like frozen frosting...in small amounts.

Yes I think the amount is the key in all of our issues here. It's pretty though so I guess often it's for looks more than anything.
