Rep Power: 10 | That's true, and we really don't know if Bobby is gay or not. He seems like a great guy and it really doesn't matter to me, but if it matters to him to have his privacy then he should have it. |

Rep Power: 2 | I think if more famous and admired gay people would come out, it would make it easier for other gay people. I have a friend who is an olympic figure skater. He calls himself a diva and a princess but doesn't feel the need to publically come out. Like, if you can't tell, you wouldn't understand anyway. It's ironic that another gay skater is always referred to as more masculine than my friend by really snarky announcers. About 85% of the world's male classical musicians are gay. Anyone who has a problem with gays isn't living in the real world. |

Rep Power: 10 | I think you find more gay people in artistic fields, it just seems like a it's easier for them to create, it would be interesting to find out why I suppose but regardless of why I think cooking and baking is often a great art. But Bobby didn't really choose this as much as his mom chose if for him. Maybe he just hasn't found the right person, whether he is looking for a male or a female, and he might let everyone know when he does. |

Rep Power: 2 | I like Bobby a lot; he's just the right amount of goofy for me. I hope he finds the partner of his dreams. |

Rep Power: 0 | i know this thread is from a long time again, but since the FN is doing a rerun tonight i though i'd bring this back to the surface for a little bit... the photo being blurred does seem odd, and could simply be somebody not giving permission to be aired on television regardless of whom that person is. However, as somebody who has done interview segments for television, i would certainly take the time to remove any non-approved photographs before shooting. However, this doesn't mean that the scenes where the mystery photo appears are not re-shots and possibly by somebody local in Savannah who didn't know the directions of the original crew. Thus, best solution: blur the photo and meet deadline to air. Still i find it a little odd that there is never even a whisper of a woman in Bobby's life, especially on this "family vacation" where you think the producers would at least encourage a long time "friend" to come along. And Paula's Home Cooking continues to be one of the FN's most conservative shows. My feeling is Paula's Party was Paula Deen's effort to break out into the more relaxed person that she really is while keeping the integrity of Paula's Home Cooking entacted. Let's face it, Paula's Party has been featuring a lot of Beefcake that's enjoyable to the ladies and the boys. If it's true that Bobby Deen is in the closet to help the Paula Deen Brand, it's a difficult choice, but it's his to make. |

I tend to think it's probably just a weird shadow. They use so many lights for the cameras it could be a glare that's reflected in the glass. But it doesn't really matter to me either way. I like Bobby and I am married so he wouldn't be a prospect for me. |

Its amusing how many people put pictures online not knowing whats in the background which can be embarrassing. After YOU are used to seeing it for so long, you kinda forget its there. |

Rep Power: 10 | I thought Bobby aspired to be a professional baseball player.
