Your Personal FN Chef
If you could have one FN chef make you an elegant, romantic dinner, who would it be?
I don't like watching Emeril, however, his recipes are exceptionally good. I'd have to say, Emeril.

For a romantic dinner? Hmm, Alton would be too humorous for a romantic dinner. Emeril likes to raise his eyebrows and and hint at romance without going full tilt Paula Deen and still be a bit funny. He would be good and I would probably choose him too, or maybe Ina. I could even go for Bobby Flay.

Chef Robert. Mainly because he is the awesome.

I was thinking Alton, but he might try to explain it all and I might get confused.

You can pick as many as you'd like.
I didn't mean the chef would be romantic, the dinner theme would be. I don't see Emeril as a romantic type for my taste.
Ok, honestly, I would pick Todd English, but he isn't on FN regularly. My FN choice would be Tyler for a romantic person on FN. Oh, and TR, but he isn't a chef exactly. I'd just stare at him.BerryBaby

That's true. But Alton gets so silly sometimes, as much as I love him he would be distracting for the "romance",

It would be fun if Alton did one of his characters. I bet he could be very romantic!

I'd want Gordon Ramsay but I don't think he's on FN. His meal would be amazing, I'm sure. And when he'd join us for a toast at the end of the meal, we'd all argue football.
I'd go with Emeril, if we're strictly FN. His meal would be delicious and I would be happy to meet him.
I wouldn't want any of the home cooking ladies for a really special, romantic meal. Giada's food would probably be fine but I'm not sure she's used to putting herself behind the food and letting it be the star. And all the moaning and sighing from the kitchen would be really distracting! :nonono2:

Strictly thinking of it being a romantic dinner, I'd have to say the romantic Michael Chiarello.
