Paris: Are you ready for a throwdown?

I was kind of surprised when I read that Bobby Flay (along with wife Stephanie March) showed up at Paris Hilton's 27th birthday bash at Pure Nightclub in Las Vegas. Perhaps he was just on his way to Mesa Grill?

Maybe Stephanie wasn't all that into watching Paris' burlesque show with the Pussycat Dolls in which the heiress "danced" around in what appears to be a giant glass.

Drink it up!*

*and then go sanitize everything you touched.

How odd. I watched an ice cream sundae throwdown last week. Bobby said he wanted vanilla as a base and one of his kitchen maidens replied that he himself is pretty vanilla. Maybe Bobby is trying to remake his image as a bad boy.

That's funny...yes, I would describe Bobby as Vanilla.

Why, oh why, do they make such a big deal out of Paris Hilton? She hasn't ever done anything outstanding in her life, she's never even gone to college. She is probably best known for 'showing up at parties/events and getting paid for it'...why?

Watched Ellen last week when she was on. I was shocked to hear she now has 17 dogs because when one has puppies she can't part with them. Well, the animal control got wind of it and now she is being investigated. You can't have more than, I believe, 6 dogs in California unless you are a licensed breeder.

That would be something I would do. We had Coco fixed when she was old enough because if she ever had puppies we knew we wouldn't be able to part with them.

We had Sophie fixed as soon as she was old enough. Sometimes I feel badly as she would have been a good mom.

The breeder doesn't live far from here so when one of the dogs has a litter, I go over and play with them. Pom puppies are SO adorable and I always want to take them all home.

She hasn't bred any dogs in over a year now. And, when she does breed them, she only has one litter a year. I think she has 6 dogs of her own. They are all very well taken care of and very well behaved!

Wonder if Bobby has a dog. We know RR and Paula do but not sure about the others. I'd find it interesting to see if the breed they have suits them. You know, how owners and dogs look alike?
